Cancellation policy

How to make an appoinment:


Late arrival 
Please make sure to arrive to your treatment on time and call us as soon as you know that you are going to be late! In case you arrive more than 10 minutes after appointment our specialists will discuss with you what treatments could be done in the remaining time. If we don't have enough time for the requested treatment our specialist will book your next appointment. If you don't show up or you arrive too late for us to finish the treatment on your renewed appointment you will be charged will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount

24 hour cancellation policy for appointments

Your appointments are very important to the team members at Bliss GlamSpa.  Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations (in case of the appointment is on Monday, please cancel it on the previous Friday).

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 
 

Cancellation fees

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply:
if at least three times you fail to give a 24 hours's notice your next reservation will be charged 100% of the previous reserved service amount. Any future appointments will be cancelled until debt is paid.

The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our team members’ schedules filled.  Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.  Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.

"No show" cancellation policy
"No shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Any future appointments will be cancelled until debt is paid.


Cancellation of spa packages 

In case of a spa package please make a reservation at least 2-3 weeks before the appointment. Please note that we request 30% advanced payment to finalize your booking.We respectfully request at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations (in case of the appointment is on Monday, please cancel it on the previous Wednesday). If you miss to cancel your appointment within 72 hours than the 100% of the advanced payment will be charged.

 

Reservation with gift card
Our gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please note that we can't make exceptions under any circumstances. If a gift card is valid for more than one treatment the treatments must be taken on the same day. We respectfully request at least 24' hours of notice for cancellations in case of gift cards for single treatments and 72 hours in case of spa packages. If case of cancellation within 24/72 hours we are going to have to invalidate your gift card.
